Cancun: Day 4

We got a little burnt the day before, so we decided to try to stay out of the sun for a little bit and we went down and did some shopping. I'm a master negotiator and we got some souvenirs to bring home before having lunch.
That evening, we went to the resort next door at a restaurant called Asiana which was a hibachi dinner. We love hibachi and it was some of the best hibachi we'd ever had. Peter was just excited to finally have some sushi. We sat next to a couple from Australia on their honeymoon and had a good time talking to them about gun control, Australia, America, and religion.
At that resort, they had a "prehispanic" show which was basically about the Mayans. They did a sacrificial dance and the chick went up on this metall ring thing about twenty feet up in the air. It was really cool. The dancers danced with fire and the costumes and everything were really awesome. Best show we'd seen.

After that show, we went back to our resort and they had a band playing a mix of Spanish and American music that we enjoyed while sipping our pina coladas.
