One year older and wiser too?

So today is Peter's 28th birthday! We had a fun-filled weekend starting on Friday. Friday afternoon, we had lunch at Cheesecake Factory (yum-o) because it was National Cheesecake Day and they were serving 1/2 price cheesecake. Friday night, Paul took Peter to Blue Fish for sushi. I don't like sushi, so this is a big treat for peter. Then, we saw
It was completely stupid, but we were laughing the whole time. Saturday morning, Peter went golfing with some friends. All he wanted to do for his birthday was go golfing. Then, we met up with some old friends for a double birthday party. I grew up with some guys in Plano and they came back from their missions when Peter and I were dating. We hung out a lot at BYU but then we all went our different ways. James has a birthday tomorrow and his wife threw a really fun Minute to Win It party. There were tons of different games and it was fun just hanging out with friends we haven't seen in forever. We finished the night off with some good ol' fashion four square.
After church today, we had the missionaries over for dinner and all the pest control guys. Peter BBQed some amazing chicken and we had some homemade German Chocolate cake thanks to Paul! We split people up into two teams: Team Up and Team Dike. Team Dike won. We opened some presents and then went to the park to throw Peter's new football around. 10 minutes after throwing the football, Peter kicked it into a tree and we couldn't get it down. Awesome, Peter. Anyway, here are some pics to enjoy:

Happy birthday, Petah!
