North Pole Investigation

So my friend, Jana, and I were talking one day about throwing a Christmas party. Jana thought of the idea of doing a murder mystery. We didn't know how to do it but my sister-in-law did one when Peter was visiting Utah in October. She was gracious enough to send me all of the information. She put the game together herself! We made a few adjustments and came up with a North Pole Investigation. We decorated seven rooms at Jana's house (I forgot to get pics of those) and strategically placed weapons in the rooms. We had our guests arrive and they had to figure out who killed Mr. Saint Nick, with what weapon, and where it happened. We had such a fun time! Everybody came in character and dressed up which made it so much more fun.
Mr & Mrs. Green

Cousin Eddie & Catherine

Mr. Red

Mr. & Mrs. Christmas Tree

The Turtleneck Twins (Jana and I had to be the hostesses so our husbands had to be partners :)

Colonel & Mrs. Holly

Professors Snow

Dr. & Mrs. Rudolph

It turns out that Cousin Catherine hired Mrs. Christmas tree (she was his only living relative and wanted to cash in on his life insurance policy) who used a candlestick in Candy Cane Lane! After the mystery was solved, we hung out eating and watching the Mavs beat the Jazz. It was a really fun night doing something different and spending time with great friends.
