Jesus wants Weston for a sunbeam

Starting January first, Weston graduated from nursery to primary where he is a sunbeam. He had LOVED primary. Singing time is his favorite (not surprise there) and he loves listening to and singing the songs all week long.
He also loves his teacher Grandma Romney. She always has great lessons and is so creative.
On his first Sunday, I was the substitute teacher and the lesson was "I am a child of God" and every time I said that, he said "no, mom, I'm a sunbeam!" Haha
Last week, he was asked to give the prayer in junior primary so we went up to the burg one day to practice at the microphone. "Dear Father in Heaven, thank you for this day, thank you that our home teachers could come over to our house a lot, thank you for my family, thank you for my teachers, and bless us with the spirit. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
Nathan had to practice his prayer too. "Dear heavenly father, thank you this day. Amen"
When the big day came, Weston ended up needing a bit of help but he did great. I was so proud of my little three year old being able to pray in front of so many people with so much confidence.
